Fudge Cheesecake Brownie y'all!


Brownie Layer

1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces

3/4 cup unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped

1 1/4 cups granulated sugar

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1/2 cup all purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

Cheesecake Layer

2 cup cream cheese, at room temperature

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

Fudge topping

1 cups granulated sugar

1/8 cup corn syrup

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup butter

6 Tablespoons cocoa powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Have ready a 9 inch square baking pan lined with aluminum foil.

In a heatproof bowl, placed over a saucepan of simmering water, melt the butter and chocolate.

Remove from heat and stir in the sugar and vanilla extract.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Beat in flour and salt until the batter is smooth.

Spread brownie batter evenly onto the bottom of the prepared pan.

Using an electric beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, vanilla, and egg and process just until smooth.

Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the brownie layer.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the brownies are set and the cheesecake is just beginning to brown.

Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool completely. Then cover and until firm.

To make the fudge topping, Cook sugar, corn syrup, milk, butter, cocoa, and salt over low heat until melted, stirring constantly.

Bring to a boil for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and beat gently until slightly cool. Add vanilla.

Continue beating until smooth.

Spread topping over Cheesecake squares

Choc Fudge Brownie yang menggoda!



1 1/4 cups butter

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups flour

2 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup cocoa

2 cups nuts (optional)

Hot Fudge Sauce:

3 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened 100% dark chocolate, chopped

1 tablespoon raw cacao powder

2 1/2 tablespoons raw honey

2 1/2 tablespoons full fat coconut milk

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch of salt

Optional: Vanilla ice cream


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt butter and add cocoa; mix. Stir in sugar and blend in the eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Stir in flour and nuts; mix well.

Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes in preheated oven. Let cool on rack, 20 to 30 minutes. Cut into 20 square pieces.

To make sauce:

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water

After the chocolate has melted, stir the cacao powder following the honey, coconut milk, vanilla and salt.

Let sauce cool for 5 minutes and pour on top of your ice cream on warm brownies.
